Maybe offer him an attempt at a diplomatic sollution in exchange for unredacted Epstein files?
It makes it sound like we shouldn't be there waring. He means we shouldn't be there as an ally...at all..over the past decades from the context of the whole statement.
He is going to go with the theory that we did this to protect and help nato. And that they aren’t doing anything to help. So we shouldn’t be taking care of their issues.
