If the IRGC will settle for embarrassing the USA by keeping the strait closed for those who don’t oppose this war, and USA withdrawal, there’s a glimmer of hope.
But I fear that Kegsbreath and Dementia Donny won’t take a win when they see it.
I’ve been calling it: Iran has a huge brokerage power here. They effectively can stir the former nato (too soon) and break up long standing alliances with the snap of their greasy oil finger.
And they should. Best thing to come out of this is for Trump to be shown what the actual art of the deal looks like, and for bibi to never see a single day in Israel’s future where his people aren’t fearing military retaliation for their abhorrent war crimes.
Obviously Iran is more trustworthy than rogue US and Israel.
Or iran doesn't want to risk France entering this fight too. France isn't stupid, and Iran has plenty of smart people able to figure out that they can't afford another power entering in the war.
It's not Iran that started this illegal war. It is Israel and US who attacked Iran. EU countries should have condemned the illegal attack on the first day instead of blaming Iran for defending itself when it targeted US bases in Gulf. By helping US, EU members are just dropping axe on their own feet, when the middle east becomes unstable refugees have very few options to escape.
Iran has been funding war on Isreal for years. Sure isreal started the violence it Iran but Iran isn't innocent here.
And USA invented, funded, developed Islamic terrorism. Meanwhile Israel is a coloniser that has been genociding and colonising lands since it's invention in 1900s. Also, the current Islamic regime in Iran is creation of USA and Hamas is creation of Israel to undermine Palestinian statehood.
Lol, they've been the only state since 1967 willing to fight against the colonization of palestine. Fuckin commendable
Even better, they are making the USA look isolated.
making the USA look isolated
They are very well isolating themselves, so there's no need to "make them look" isolated. That's the simple reality.
That sadly demonstrates the lack of integrity and unity within the EU: the liberal movement is hijacked not only indirectly (the populists' toxic rhetorics against western democracies), but now openly by Iran ruled by religious fanatics.
Will now EU liberals stop supporting Ukraine - since mullahs say so? And what about mullahs killing protestors within Iran?
