A normal apple has only slightly less carbs than a Snickers bar, and that's really besides the point since an increase in sugar is not correlated with an increased risk of developing diabetes.
A shitpost I can accept, good sir, but a medically inaccurate one? Not today!
Still a huge difference between the two, given that one is rich in fiber, and phytonutrients; while the other is highly processed, full of refined sugar, and other additives.
