It feels a bit alarming but the article says the teams are "very small." I'm not sure how small, but if it's like 50 people total spread out in 3-4 man teams, and assuming they aren't sinking money into physical workspaces, that isn't so bad. We just don't have enough information to really know what this means fiscally, I'm afraid.
Hope they do not expand too quickly and collapse under themselves.
