this is it. everything here is all that there is. a supposed screenshot from a thread that doesn't exist and nobody can find, posted by an account that barely has any activity and hasn't posted in months before this, but just so happened to come back right as LW is throwing a fit, with a screenshot they "found" on a neo-nazi forum. and if the idea of a neo-nazi being on the dbzer0 admin team isn't ridiculous enough, it should be pointed out that they say they're working on Quokka as well. Quokka only has a single admin, and after talking to her in private on the squawk admin chat, she told me she isn't taking any applications.
It's really telling that they call it a psyop while not giving any sources, saying any sources they give are being deleted without any proof, and then saying we're now Nazis for... [checks notes] hating ethnostates.

That seems like a big leap of logic, though I just got here and may be missing a key piece of the puzzle.
feddit.org is owned by the FHF. mrkaplan gets mad and suddenly an allied instance puts up proven fake neonazi accusations and refuses to take them down. mrkaplan is silent on this.
even if he didn't personally make the alts pushing this, he endorses it by not pushing back.

Okay I was totally lost but I think I figured it out.
Mrdown@lemmy.world posted on the lemmy.world support forum. Somewhere deep in a thread involving a db0 user, Sleerp@feddit.uk posts a screenshot supposedly from annihilation.social and also featuring users from poa.st, apparently nazi forums, where nazis are celebrating that they are successfully invading db0, and that one of them became an admin there. The link is not valid and it's not clear if the screenshot is fake or not. The user who posted it, claims the thread got removed after a db0 admin saw it.
Basically somebody is accusing db0 of being invaded and run by nazis, posted a screenshot that can't be verified nor disproven and now we are in conspiracy land.
It seems very far-fetched, not impossible but unless more concrete evidence emerges I'm safely putting this in the looney bin.
