They are great.
Sound great, and i love that they kinda took the idea to it's logical conclusion with their shock-horror naming schemes, as they effectively won the chase, freeing fans from the ever increasing dick measuring contest of "oh so you think that's brutal huh? Wait til you hear OUR band name 😎"

I genuinely figured these were just gibberish, created for the sake of the meme. Or at most that someone took actual band logos and added more superfluous Iines to them to make them even more unintelligible. But no, judging by your links, it looks like these are real logos that are actually in use by legitimate bands.
They're real, in use, and for the meme. This specific subgenre of heavy music is very self-aware and at least 30% tongue-in-cheek, while at the same time being serious. It's a lot more fun and a lot sillier than it appears from the outside, I promise.
It's sort of like that discourse that happened awhile ago about the difference between "camp" and "tacky"; this stuff is strongly camp, just its own kind of camp.
I can kinda see it but they should really add some color to make the words more distinguishable.
But something tells me that would defeat the point, whatever that point may be.

I think the point is to express genre - you can often guess it right by the typeface of the logo - how noisy the music is and/or how hard it is to decipher lyrics based on the sound alone
yeah xavleg are a meme band. they deliberately play surfer music in the middle of their songs etc

The bottom band is definitely "harder" than the top one based on how illegible the logo is.
In the upper I see a pirate that is a ghost and a skeleton trying to play the Trombone, but as soon as he, because he's a he now for some reason, raises the bone to his nonexistent ghost pirate skeleton lips he realizes he's a ghost and can't hold things and drops the bone. And a sandwich falls out of the bell of the bone.
In the lower i see a snapping turtle that is also a pirate returning from sea.
What do you see?

Look where do you keep your sandwiches? Your Trombone is just the right shape and size and if you use a good spicy mustard you get a real good mute for jazz/blues boning
