I was ~~saw~~ so annoyed when they started showing shitty video games ads on the frontpage I stopped my subscription.

Same. People need to start reacting to that stuff and actually unsubscribe. If you go along with it complacently, companies are only going to double down.

They're one step away from dictating the content to be tailored to ads. Which is the natural end of running ads on your fucking service.

Apple TV+ remains the only streaming service I continue to pay for.
