I completely agree, but with a time jump and all the hints dropped in season 3, I think we're heading towards a clear ending.
Speculation/mild spoilers
The death of Harrison Ford.
I'm a couple episodes into the current season and assumed that is where it is going/ending
I thought it was over. It should have been over.

I've not made it to the end but boy has it felt like this has been a wrap up season! I'm surprised there's a 4th announced.
The whole overt theme of the third season is everyone finally moving on from whatever was holding them back. It doesn’t show you where they all end up, it leaves you seeing where they’re going.
The thirst for money is going to ruin what I thought was a perfect finale.
I also thought it was good, their plans give me a bit of hope:
As previously reported, Season 4 will feature the same cast and characters, but will feature a time jump and entirely new storyline.
As I understand it, the show was originally planned for a three-season arc, but toward the end of season three everyone decided they wanted to do more.
Is it cake?
