At this level your main concern is avoiding blunders. Go through a mental checklist before making a move: are pieces hanging, can you opponent deliver a check etc.

switch to lichess. spend an hour or so a day on lichess.org/training .

One of the best tips I ever got was to look at what your piece is doing (defending) before you move it.

Learn an opening for white. Having a game plan half the time will increase your win rate especially at such low elo. Learn how to mate with two random pieces, this will not only let you close out games without forcing a draw accidentally, but it will also help you build mating nets earlier in the game.

Edit: I nearly forgot, learn how to absolutely punish the scholar mate. You'll still see it occasionally up until around 1000 elo.

Use your knights. Forking with a knight is hard to spot and a winning combo, especially when you get a discovered check when moving the knight
