He worked for Bolsonaro, Milei, Kast in Chile, and Asfura in Honduras. Now he's the personal advisor to Bolivia's president Rodrigo Paz.
His business partner? Brad Parscale. Trump's former campaign manager. They run a consulting firm together called Numen.
