For the record I am a traditional polytheist, which means I do not deny the existence of other religions. I believe in the gods of every religion, and I just take out any exclusionary parts before I believe. So the logic of "what's the point in religion when only one is true" pretty much crumbles when we go back in time to the pre-roman era and traditional polytheism.

Just as I believe in many gods and many religions, I also believe in many different conceptualisations of the world. I believe in western science. I believe in indigenous knowledges. I believe in evolution. I believe in creation. I don't see an incompatibility between the two, because I take out the exclusionary parts before I believe. I believe in a multiverse of different beliefs.

I used to be an antitheist. But then I applied antitheist logic to reality. Now I'm an antirealist, and I realised theism is fine actually. I always giggle when I see atheists online who still believe in reality. What a Christian mindset.
