🤢 Ycombinator, can anyone summarize what's going on without subjecting me to the only place worse than Reddit?
At a glance, I'd say he hasn't been active on Wikipedia for most of the time since confounding and has tried several failed alternatives, now after all of those failed he's mad that Wikipedia isn't adopting his proposed changes that he presents as apolitical but given his personal politics and that all his other projects failed, I don't blame Wikipedia for ignoring him.
In December 2010, Sanger said he considered WikiLeaks to be "enemies of the US—not just the government, but the people".[132] In 2011, Sanger began to defend Christians as he viewed them to be unfairly attacked in the media.[3]
In September 2021, in response to U.S. President Joe Biden announcing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal government employees, Sanger tweeted "Nor I.#IWillNotComply" in agreement with political commentator Tim Pool. In an earlier tweet, Sanger falsely claimed that COVID-19 vaccines are "not a vaccine".[133] Sanger voted for Donald Trump in the 2024 United States presidential election.[11]

So it makes sense that GaryyTanCominator crowd would be upset that he's not being listened to about how to run a successful project, maybe they should go back to bankrupting their own banks.
I'm not saying Wikipedia is perfect, in fact it's currently far from it, and seems to be union busting it's few paid staff, but this guy isn't who to look for advice on anything.
