I haven't played it since '91, but your reference triggered the memory. (Yes, I made an account just for this comment.)
I can't call to mind all of the weft, but most of the warp is still there. Little bits like why all the Weavers wear hoods; how to beat the game at the start; the copy protection scheme. :)
The scene mentioned:
I remember the Glassmakers being prissy.(maybe don't read this if you're going to replay the game)
Bobbin gains the ability to heal even death at the end. He comes upon the corpse of the Glassmaker's leader and prepares to bring him back, but the Glassmaker hasn't yet passed on. He explains that in the last battle the Glassmakers held fast to their ideals (I can't remember what exactly that was, but I remember being greatly affected by that choice). As he tells Bobbin "Tell them we chose death with Clarity", he disappears.Now, it may be that wasn't how it actually was, but that's what got dredged out of memory with your single word comment.
