It's not a straw man. How does my argument connect to my post? I didn't say if I agreed with you or not. If you think billionaires deserve to die then thats your right to think that way, you are entitled to how you feel and it's your first amendment right to say that.

Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, and Oprah are billionaires. One could argue, "You shouldn't say they deserve to die." However, you do have the right to say that; it's the First Amendment. So yes, if you feel that Selena Gomez or Tyler Perry deserves to die because they are billionaires, then you can say it—you have that right. At the exact same time, I have the right to say that your two young nephews deserve painful cancer, or that they deserve to die in a school shooting.

I'm simply respecting your right to free speech. You have the right to say and think, 'Billionaires deserve to die.' That's your First Amendment right, and I respect your right to think it. However, at the exact same time, I also have the right to say, 'You deserve cancer. I hope your kids get cancer, and if your 5-year-old son dies in a school shooting, he deserves it.' Basically, free speech is a two-way street, and that's the problem with saying, 'X person deserves to die.' Because if you or your son, regardless of how old he is, dies, then don't expect people to feel sad for you. They have the right to think you deserve it and celebrate it.

I’m simply respecting your right to free speech. You have the right to say and think, ‘Billionaires deserve to die.’ That’s your First Amendment right, and I respect your right to think it. However, at the exact same time, I 100% also have the right to say, ‘You deserve cancer. I hope your kids get cancer, and if your 5-year-old son dies in a school shooting, he deserves it.’

May you always find justice.

What about your justice though?

What if your kid getting cancer or dying in a school shooting IS your justice?

I have the right to say "some kids deserve painful cancer"

It's my legal right.

If someone wishes you a painful form of terminal cancer how would you feel?
