Brazil. Our population density map is not that different from the US, only it's over one long shore, instead of three (four if you count the great lakes as a shore). Still, even deep into the Amazon region, like the city of Manaus, you can have 600 Mbps fibre for less than US$20.

Size of the country of population density is not the reason internet access is expensive in the US. Greed and corruption are.

My country is as big as the US and we can get 500 Mbs fibre for $23, less than half what AT&T charges.

Is not the size of the country that make fibre costs to be so high in US, it's unchecked, exploitative capitalism allowed by a corrupt plutocratic government.

Also known as "light", as used in Lasers, which also works to knock down drones.

I’m guessing chicken eggs are as popular as they are mostly because chickens are easy to handle

There's more to it. Chickens lay lots of eggs (like a dozen) before going broody (when they stop laying and just sit on the eggs to keep them warm), so production is high. Penguins OTOH, lay one of two per season.

I’m guessing chicken eggs are as popular as they are mostly because chickens are easy to handle

Except that they are. Chickens that are actually raised free, and peck on insects, herbs and other stuff outside lay eggs that are absolutely delicious, and the meat is also very tasty. You can even say that they come pre-seasoned, if you don't mind chewy meat.

The almost tasteless eggs/meat come from industrial scale farming that feeds the chickens with grain-based feedstock in large amounts, so they grow quickly. (source: my aunts raised free-range chickens for both eggs and meat. They were really tasty)

Oh boy, the opening of the markets on Monday will be... entertaining to say the least.

The only stocks going up will be companies that sell popcorn.

Big Cheeto was afraid the penguins would flood American markets with cheap eggs, thus the tarifs.

This will trigger the world to move away from the Dollar as the currency for international trade, which will cause the collapse of the American financial sector.

I don't see it happening anytime soon. To rejoin, they woukd have to accept all the new rules, one of them is adopting the Euro as currency. I'm not sure the English voters would be willing to abandon the Pound. Scottish, Welsh an Irish, maybe.

It's like you don't know that Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo were on opposite sides of the Farrapos war or Rio Grande do Sul likes wine and São Paulo drinks more beer.

Regional cultural differences and history don't come into question when it comes to how one country perceives others in the side of the world, so please, refrain from those simplistic ad-hominem arguments.

All the old people who voted for the Big Cheetos will be really surprised when their faces are eaten by the Face Eating DOGE Leopards and their cheques stop arriving.

I doubt their Faux News addicted brains will be able to learn the lesson, tho.

As a resident of a Continental Country that is not the US, we've pretty much always seen Europe as a single, monolithic thing. It's hard for us to grasp how something like France, which is just slightly bigger than Minas Gerais, 4th largest state of Brazil, is a completely separate thing from the rest.
