Why isn't there one service that combines rss reader and bookmarking? in c/selfhosted@lemmy.world

I use Karakeep, which is a bookmark manager with an RSS feed option, but you need to add some auto tags or your feed will just become a mess - it saves ALL the links from RSS feeds you add.
