For people who distrust police / the legal system: If you ran a small bussiness and need to hire people, and someone has a conviction but they claim innocence, do you hire them? in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world

I run a small business and: hard no.

"Yeah it was stupid but I was younger then" okay I can look past that "Nah man I didn't do nothin, actually" maybe so, but I'm not gonna take that chance
