Why does it seem most people, mainly conservatives, against Trans people? Unless I am wrong I never heard of one shooting up a school church or whatever. The ones I have met have been pretty cool. in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world

Because in my opinion the international community is generraly lazy. Supplying arms is easy. Making wars is easy. Helping people who really need that is a little bit more difficult. So the world would rather waste money on arms than help. While it may work in the short run the little bit more difficult thing would be long lasting and save countries trillions.

It reminds me of and I don't know where I read it at but there was this guy who was trying to sell his pet rock in Africa. And told the buyer it keeps lions away. The buyer asked how does it work. The seller simply told him you do not see any lions do you and the buyer bought it.
