Ive thought about just doing a case swap and upgrading what i can but that dosent really seem worth doing. Also yes what i mostly have is optiplex-like systems. I have found some with a i7 on the other hand, the best machine i found came with a i7 and a 4vram nvidia card. Im mostly lost on what online marketplaces to list on.

I somehow dont have any macs, there mostly old office windows based computers. I have 1 imac with issues.

Ive gathered over the years a descent stash of desktop computers and parts but now i have too many and im not sure what to do with them or how to sell/get rid of them? Or even where to post them at. The computers are nothing new or special.

What would you advise?

Like if i were to use lemmy almost everyday or post in community's would that annoy people or is it ok? I had a reddit addiction very bad and im trying to replace it with lemmy....

Thoughts?

I would like to make youtube videos to learn from and to gain experience. I've thought about movie recaps but i was told its overdone or done too much. What im most afraid of is possible burnout.

But what do you think or advise?

For me this is the closest reddit alternative i know of. Sure lemmy isint as big as reddit and reddit has far more tech issues, But im new here so i cant really say much.

Do you prefer lemmy or reddit? are there any other social media i should try? please briefly explain your thoughts and ideals.
