On that page, click "Real Bombchu" under Majora's Mask. That's the enemy being discussed. The blue and yellow one is an item. Real Bombchu appear around the canyon entrance in Termina Field during the day.

As I understand it, the key card does need to be inserted to play the game. It's not just a redemption code, it's a key to download and play it.
