Passkeys are cool but you still need 2fa. Which may as well be a passkey itself.
One factor is not great even if it's a passkey.
I use authelia and trillium and the oidc implementation is bad. It works but it double consent screens even with implicit etc
The app itself is ok. Pretty useful from time to time to plan a project
Privacy is not worthless just being one bad actor took it. It still is worth pursuing in all layers where possible.

The whole point of mTLS is that you dont need to use a VPN to achieve that same security.

I have my TV on WiFi network that has no Internet access so at least I can control it via homeassistant still. It doesn't need Internet for anything but the UI so just get a shield and strip that down
