Why's it unconsititutional? Freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say whatever you want.

And there's no agency for it? Then make one.

Make it illegal and prosecute those that wind up with an audience. You can't stop everyone giving out bad advice but you can prevent people making it their career and building a large following.

I don't think it's a fundamentally bad idea by any stretch, but if it were implemented here in the US it would be instantly abused to dictate the political narrative.

I don't get this logic of "yeah it's a good idea but if we do it we'll do it wrong." Like okay... Then do it right then?

It's like when someone advocates for higher taxes on the rich and someone responds with "yeah that's great and all but the rich will just find loopholes" like okay. Then close the loopholes as well.

America has a guy in charge of the health department that says a bunch of wack shit. It's not just influencers but people with positions of power.

The genocide that happened under Biden is the same one happening under Trump. Saying "but Trump will do more genocide" makes you sound like a fucking idiot.

And saying "Not voting for someone who refuses to speak out on x is having an idealised moral high ground" when the x in question is a genocide makes you a genocide belittling prick.

Monkey together strong.

Also depending on where you are there's likely already anti-fascist groups.

The person belittling a genocide is a genocidal prick. There is no "more genocide". If genocide isn't a redline for you then you're a genocidal prick.

You have more power than just voting every 4 years lmao. Get organised and start interacting with like minded people and get other people on your side. Every 4 years there's 1540 days where you could be fighting fascism and you're only doing it for 1.

I'm so glad Hitler was voted into power and not Himmler that would've been bad.

The concentration camps are a perfect example. No one's saying both sides are the exact same. They're saying they both serve US imperialism. Case and point: one side wants 5 concentration camps, the other thinks that's a little too much and we should settle for 1.

If you want to build concentration camps you're a fascist. If you're okay with a party wanting to build concentration camps or can look past it you're a fascist. You wouldn't accept someone in the 1930s saying "yeah what the nazis are doing with the Jews is bad but have you seen their treatment of animals? I'll vote for them but I'm no Nazi."

You cannot convince the rich and powerful that it's politically unfavourable when it's economically favourable to do genocide.

They don't care about what people want. They care about what they want, and that's US imperialism.

"I won't vote for someone who isn't speaking about X" is an idealized moral high ground when the alternative is not only X getting worse, but even more X happening.

Fuck you you genocidal prick. Substituting genocide for "x" is disgusting. It's not "oh there's just this one bad thing". It's genocide. It's literally the worst possible thing you can do on this planet. And you're saying other people have an idealised moral high ground because they think GENOCIDE is something that should never be done.
