Not trying to be a dick but the Executive Director can take a fucking pay cut.

I found a reddit thread from 4 months ago where he said his salary was $170k/year. I'm not saying he is making obscene money, but if that's nearly 15% of all operating costs he can shave that down to $80k-$100k and still live comfortably if he's willing to accept a more austere standard of living.

I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to be paid well, but he's getting a damn sight better pay than moderators and community managers who seem to make up 50% of the budget for multiple people: the trust and safety team as well as the other employees at the foundation.

Netanyahu is a god damned maniac who doesn't care what horrors he inflicts on the world.

And take a burner phone if you must absolutely bring one.

Words from different countries? That's cute. Kawaii, even.

My front-line guess is "Erotic Role Play" but I am not familiar with character.ai

Sorry to hear that, you got an upvote from me at least. (Downvotes don't federate to blahaj and you can't downvote from blahaj)

This is a much fairer and more well reasoned take than what the other fellow said.

It’s like cloud strike again

When The Cloud goes on Strike. Damn it they're just asking for more power, Scotty! Don't let those scabs cross the picket line!

I think what a lot of people are missing here it's that it's a dialectic. It can be true that reading is important and it can also be true that reading isn't always the best medium for understanding certain concepts. It's not an either-or situation, rather it's both, at the same time. I'm glad someone else recognizes that as well.

Jesus Christ, fuck science and evidence, I guess. There's a reason I included that. But sure, let's go off one assholes anecdote that "ADHD people are the best at multitasking, we thrive at it" and everyone else is just making an excuse for their shortcoming of not having ADHD. Give me a break dude.

And for another anecdote, literally nobody I know who has ADHD is loved at their job for having it. They all struggle to hold jobs.
