A lot of cool stuff is also kinda funny. I think this qualifies.
Windows 98 doesn't look GOOD to me, but it does look kinda comfortable and nostalgic. I can totally see why someone would legitimately want this, but I also could see some people viewing it an elaborate joke. Both are kinda right here.
