Oh for sure, but 2 hub motors, a battery, a BMS, the disc brakes, and the handcart itself are probably going to run almost as much or more than as a full e-bike with a trailer. That does not include the time and knowledge to assemble it. Great tool, and great for some parts of the world. Just not a universal solution

Yeah, I live in Seattle. This would not work here as built. Disc brakes and an electric motor for hills would probably be a minimum requirement. That adds a lot of expense and engineering, and also means an e-bike and trailer are probably cheaper.
2 things:
You have no idea how much a PS6 is going to cost. RAM and storage prices also have an effect on console prices
They were talking about upgrading individual components incrementally. Something that is easy and far less expensive that upgrading the whole machine. Consoles don't have that option
