Ghost Adventures. I watch an episode before bed like 3 times a week. I used to work in tv production and know it’s not real. But in my experience, more than the other ghost shows, it weaves in some cute tricks along with obvious ones. Something about that mix keeps me just the right amount of entertained but relaxed in a way that helps me fall asleep.

Idk why but I randomly thought of that show recently, when I was a kid I took a bit of guilty pleasure in watching it when it was on TV ☺️
