How often do those laws actually get enforced, especially for small online communities who are against genocide? Like I understand not wanting to run afoul of the law, even if the law is immoral, but is it a realistic risk?

https://alternativeto.net/ is usually my starting point for finding software. Off the top of my head I know there's Redmine, and if you punch that in, you'll get a bunch of similar software.

I bought an LG one recently. Works great, no hassle. I have no idea if it has smart features, because I just plugged it in and it worked. Never connected it to the Internet.

I think I did have some trouble with the initial setup menu because of weird button selection behavior. And I was happy to see you can turn off the startup animation.

It's pretty good. But yeah, it makes your fluids smell terrible, so I don't make it for myself.
