Could be an announcement like "Hey guys, tomorrow you have the day off on us. Have fun!" at the end of the work day or whatever.
Saying "you get one day PTO to use whenever you want" is of course better, but sometimes unplanned free time is nice too. Both would work fine imo.

Doesn't matter at all. Usually off because of comfort, but not for cleanliness. What other people do, I don't care. If it gets dirty it'll be cleaned at some point.
Here, plugs are 230V and 16A = 3680W. Not quite as much as I thought (most extension cords seem to be rated for a bit more, which makes sense), but definitely enough to run monitors of the same breaker.
3840W per breaker. Minus 2400 leaves 1440W, for a CPU, the minor components, and monitors/other equipment. In theory it could work.

As a 20 year old, I have both :')
Still want to do uni and make a name for myself, achieve some cool things for the world & humanity, but at the same time I feel like just "making the most of it," and try being content just messing around with electronics and FOSS in my free time... But I guess that can just be my back-up if university doesn't pan out.
