Our leaders have a history of letting them live to stop the killing. They did the same thing after WWII. Thanks to nuclear bomb wet dreams, many of those nazi's ended up in high positions within the govt., eventually.

Corps knew the average voter is dumb and used those prices to tank Harris' campaign all because she had the gall to suggest a wealth tax, something they had snuffed out Biden's chances with. Even if the president has no control over prices, people believe they do. It was over for this country the moment we got the Citizen United ruling. Things were being setup to make it easier to get, but that ruling allowed unmitigated greed to influence politics. Been a growing pool of unfathomable wealth and the leverage of that wealth since.
