Sure, but even in the most orange-pilled places, there are still cars, and occasionally reasons to drive. And if individuals/small groups need to get somewhere inaccessible by bikes/public transit, etc., I'd rather they drive something like this instead of a vehicle that's literally the size of a tank.
After a reboot all the data is encrypted and needs a pin/fingerprint to unlock.
Just to clarify, it needs a PIN/password to unlock after reboot. Biometrics like fingerprint aren't available until the device has been decrypted.
While this is probably a good long-term direction for Canada, I'm curious if this is going to be an excuse to continue relying on our aging CF-18s for another generation.

EDIT: I can't find the one that said 20%. It was on a Lemmy post a few weeks back. However, it said 80% were strongly opposed, and didn't break down the other responses. The article just assumed the other responses weren't opposed.

Canada didn't really reject the right. The Conservatives got 41.3% of the vote, which is at almost historic highs, and without any other context politics watchers would expect that to net them a majority government. However, almost all the other voters coalesced around one other party.
