We live in Southern Ontario, and in this area, there "were" about 8 auto plants. They all boasted that one new car came off the assembly line every minute. Toyota does not build a car unless a customer already ordered it. That is a lot of extra cars on our highways, so in essence... people still like driving cars here.

This is Doug Ford, one of the most powerful politician in Canada 🇨🇦. He banned speed cameras. He banned bike lanes. Now, he is increasing speed limits in c/fuckcars@lemmy.world
