Well, I'm reading this in the US edition of The Guardian, so if you honestly want to ask an American rather than just get an article out of it, I don't care whether you live in Lisbon or not.

If you want to ask people who live in Lisbon, probably have more luck with a Lisbon-oriented publication.

EDIT: For completeness, if you want to digital nomad in the US, I don't care about that. Knock yourself out, if it makes you happy.
