I have indeed, although not the newest book that was released more recently. I want to go back and read everything again but that is quite a time commitment before doing the new book and I'm not ready for that just yet :D

It is very much on par with Mistborn in terms of the story and writing, I just prefer Mistborn that little bit more because I love the concept of the magic system in that but honestly there isn't a lot in it.

If you like fantasy and haven't read any Brandon Sanderson then do yourself a favour and get on it!

My personally favourites are the Mistborn books but it isn't exactly an easy choice because literally everything he writes is great in my experience.

I just finished Tress of the Emerald Sea which is a shorter standalone book but still great!

That would be pretty intense and fucking awesome but yeh these days I dunno if I could be bothered.

I don't do it much any more but one of my favourite pass times used to be taking a load of acid and then going to a very public place or somewhere that you are forced to be around lots of people and have many interactions.

Busy shopping centres, a zoo, busy pubs, an ex girlfriends family wedding where I knew no one. I guess it was kind of masochistic in a way but I just really enjoyed putting myself into challenging situations whilst tripping. The challenge was always to try take the highest dose possible and still be able to actually keep my shit together. I'm sure plenty of people I interacted with at those times thought "this guy is blasted out of his mind, Jesus" but who gives a fuck, I'm never seeing these people again and it actually made me want to speak to people in the first place.

These days I prefer to just lay down, listen to music and drift off into the stratosphere.

I love Japan in general, have been a couple of times, but last time I went we stayed on the shore of lake Yamanaka one of the Fuji five lakes.

We rolled up in the evening and there was a heavy fog, you can only see 5m in front of you sort of heavy. Found where we were staying which was right on the shore but you could barely even see the lake still. It was a traditional futon on the floor type place, first impressions were alright.

The next day we woke up to a beautifully clear day, look out the window to a view of the lake with Fuji rising up behind it, it was fucking amazing! I can't recommend the lakes enough after this experience!

The rabbit island down near Hiroshima is awesome too :D

The discord community is where I was getting all my information from. I'm sure it has moved on a bit now as this was a few years ago and whilst I do still have the phone I'll probably wait to get the new one and then I'll play around.

Ive been running graphene the last 3 years now and I don't want to go back to google so once I get the titan 2 I'm going to try my best to get some form of Linux going on it. I fucking hate this touchscreen though so I can't wait!

I know there were a few custom ROMs that took advantage of some of the blackberry apps n such for the original Titan series of phones but j could never get the boot loader to unlock on my original titan so I was always stuck with what they supplied which was fairly lacklustre and was what ultimately pushed me away from the phone.

I agree. I realise it is a niche market, keyboard phones, but there are still people out there that want them and they seem to be hooking into that market.

Their software isnt the best but I'm hoping in time it will become more refined along with the keyboards getting better with each iteration. BlackBerry had a lot more practice by the time of the passport and key devices so here's hoping at least one company will fill that gap left behind.

Couldn't agree more with Skyrim, Oblivion was the same when I tried that too I just can't stand it. Easily some of the most over rated games IMO.

Also agree with Zelda but I think the same about all of the Nintendo IPs, they are just boring and the fan base makes me dislike them even more!

Same, I replaced the screen 3 times and the battery once before my keytwo finally gave in and I had to admit defeat.

There is no titan slim 2 yet, just the regular titan which is like a BB passport in form factor but chunkier, I'm just speculating that if they are continuing the line hopefully there will be a new slim in the future.

The few pre release reviews I have watched regarding the titan 2 say that the it is snappy and nice to use with a considerable improvement over the old one but it is still a $300 phone so it isnt going to be top of the range power able to run all the most taxing games. Really though the kinds of people this phone is aimed at aren't the type to be as worried about that and with a 1:1 ratio screen a lot of games and such would probably be painful to play.

I suggest you check out a couple of videos if you are interested because I don't really know the in depth details because I don't really care about the processor etc as long as it runs the phone at an acceptable rate, I'm in it for the keyboard :D

I know it isnt the same form factor but the Titan 2 is coming soon with pre-production units being sent out to people already and estimated release in October.

I had the original titan and will probably get this to try it out but that also means a Titan Slim 2 is a possibility at some point. The key2 that the slim copies is the best phone I ever owned I think!
