I looove games with a first person camera, but I'm kinda sensitive to low fov (field of view) and usually need to adjust it to make FPS games playable, otherwise it's vomit town.
I remember that Doom (2016) on the PS4 with it's super low default fov managed to make me feel motion sickness in less than 30s of gameplay. Impressive!
