I mean it sucks and I drink coke (it's my mix for booze) but it's a welcome change (price increase). Soda pop should not be drunk as frequently as it is by people and anything to make it less common is a welcome change IMHO. If becoming more cost prohibitive to people makes them drink it less that's not a bad thing

Now the challenge becomes, because America is becoming a 3rd world shithole it's possible that coke is the only safe drink because thanks to the EPA being gutted over decades water isn't safe in many areas due to contamination. That's not cool.

I work for a crown corp in Canada we have, off the top of my head, about 800 MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, Postgres databases across the org (I manage our CMDB). Musk is a retard. The world runs on SQL.

He wouldn't know this though because he's a techbro that builds apps with MongoDB b cause he doesn't understand what normalizing data is and why SQL is the best option for 99.9999999% of applications.

Fucking idiots.

Granted in America yes those are concerns we don't have to the same degree in Canada but all things considered having a kid is reckless anyways. You either adapt and make it work or you don't.

3 kids here 12 and under. If you are mentally and emotionally ready for kids just do it. That's the big secret. You will never be ready financially. Kids adapt and will be happy so long as you are stable and can provide the most important necessities like love, a roof and food.

I mean I get it but at the same time many of us do not like eating cartilage.

Bang on. I'm feeling down right now (relationship that ended I've never recovered from years later) and no amount of chatting with people online is going to fill that gaping hole or help me patch it.

Professional help should always be approached first and foremost.

Of course, that's not accessible for many people which is a shame and for that I have no answer, just that seeking to fill that hole with like-feeling people online is a recipe in disaster. Negativity breeds negativity.
