Constitutional Tribunal basically banned KPP, the only communist party in Poland, after 30 years of trying. And while the party has been effectively dead by years of constant lawfare, the verdict is problematic because it setting up the official constitution reading from kinda nebulous "propagating totalitarism", with no definition of totalitarism to just ban for communism.
Though there are some doubts because the legality of tribunal itself is questioned, and this decision was made violating a lot of its own regulations. Libs would have to do something about this though, and i don't see it happening.
