That's old article from october, at 3rd december Constitutional Tribunal basically banned KPP, the president is yet to sign it, but he was the one who started the procedure so it's pretty much guaranteed.
Though there are some doubts because the legality of tribunal itself is questioned, and this decision was made violating a lot of its own regulations. Libs would have to do something about this though, and i don't see it happening.
