Idk if it's just bad faith or they're just genuinely stupid but my gusano-in-christ China and Russia were your oil clients they did not control your oil, with the US in charge you will be a client of the US in your own country with your own resources 🥴
I hate erdoğan as much as every other young person in turkey but if the us kidnapped him I wouldn't celebrate. Why do they still celebrate despite trump literally openly stating they are coming for their oil?
These gusanos are mostly those with the means to leave the country. They're the small portion of the population from the major cities with decent jobs who's standard of living was much higher than the majority. In this way, they benefited from the neo-colonial structure. They see the socialist project as having taken their privilege and they will do anything to get it back.
