It’s really difficult to check on this, but it wouldn’t surprise me if antisemitism is actually increasing. The thing is that the zionists are screaming from the rooftops that anything anti-Israeli government is antisemitism. They are watering down the term to the point of being meaningless. I can’t imagine where to even start on finding data on real antisemitism at this point. If anyone is aware of a trustworthy source I’m all ears.

I can only say that from what I hear on the news, and what I see here on Lemmy, and what I hear from people I know and meet. The picture is the same, Israel is pretty universally hated for their war crimes in Gaza, and to some degree that carries over to non Israeli Jews. I think most people at least here in Europe are beginning to understand that the terrorist attack on Israel, that made this blow up ,was an act of desperation.

I’m sure lots of people understand that not all Jews are Zionists. However I’m also sure that it doesn’t help that Zionist propaganda is literally conflating the two. Surely some people must be duped by that. Sadly I’m really doubting the existence of independent unbiased sources that measure the actual effect.

Absolutely.

I'm not sure the actual effect of what? Antisemitism? Because I think that polled pr4etty regularly.

This one is about Israel:
https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2025/06/03/most-people-across-24-surveyed-countries-have-negative-views-of-israel-and-netanyahu/

This is from UK:
https://www.timesofisrael.com/study-finds-that-one-in-five-british-people-now-holds-antisemitic-views/

I bet that UK piece is reasonably representative of EU too. And the study claims that antisemitism has doubled since 2021!!

Yes, but whose definition of antisemitism are they using and who are they polling. Because the Zionist definition of antisemitism would include anyone who is against the current genocide even if they have no particular opinion on Jews in general. An additional problem is that the Zionist lobbies are really strong in many western countries. Just because something originates in the UK doesn’t make it inherently trustworthy or unbiased

Yes, absolutely uncompromisingly ruthless.
