October 7 involved the deliberate killing and kidnapping of civilians. That is not “resistance” under international law.
Under Geneva Convention (ironically) IV: • Article 27 prohibits rape and sexual violence. • Article 32 prohibits murder of protected civilians. • Article 34 prohibits hostage-taking.
Multiple independent investigations have documented sexual violence. Denying it does not make it disappear.
Zero independent investigations have taken place because Israel has blocked them all. Because all rape accusations have been proven baseless lies.
Taking prisoners of war is extremely legal. The POWs should have considered not living on military bases literally created as a shield to surpress concentration camp breakouts.
Yeah, ok, no. We’re not disagreeing on interpretation. You’re rejecting documented facts and redefining terms to make them fit your position.
