Self-professed misogynist influencer Andrew Tate believes reading is for people with “slow brains,” according to a recent resurfaced clip of him on X. In the video, Tate is seen bragging that his brain is too advanced for reading and that he’d rather be in constant chaos.

“I’m too smart to read. I know you’re sitting there going ‘smart people read’... no. I need action. I need constant chaos in my life to feel content. I need to be driving a supercar and f—ing fighting, f—ing a bunch of hoes and champagne… going crazy.”

He certainly knows how to rage bait. We have to collectively learn to ignore this bullshit, and teach young boys the same.

Everything I know about him is against my will. Years ago on reddit and now on lemmy someone always posts about him for some reason.

Any response is food for the troll. The only thing that gets them to stop is silence

I disagree. These people are notoriously thin-skinned. Mocking works even better than silence.

If he were 5 years old I'd just smile and nod, but an adult making these claims deserves nothing less than open ridicule.

I think mocking might work for some people, but there certainly seem to be a ton of people running around with absolutely no shame. These people can't be fought with mockery because they'll just use it to boost their userbase. This is how we've ended up in this weird cult of personality environment.

IDK the best way to distinguish between the mockable and the unmockable, but it'd be nice to have a method.

Andrew Tate once sent a picture of his car to Greta Thunberg bragging about how much pollution it spits out. She replied with a simple "small dick energy", that had him immediately firing back with a video. A video containing a local pizzeria delivery box that the local authorities used to track him down and arrest him for sex trafficking.

Andrew Tate is mockable and it gets results.
