Yes, because it is only happening in Minnesota. Nowhere else.
While I’m proud of how many people in my state stood up to protest, the number of protective laws passed, the number of lawsuits won against the this corrupt regime, we have done so in peace.
People in my state are not being tear gassed, not detained without charge, not being senseless and not outright murdered. Our situation is very much not like Minnesota and I’m very proud of how brave those people are in standing up for all of our rights, against fascism, against terrorism, against abuse of authority
Rich Ruohonen lives in Minnesota, and it's also where the ICE goons are most concentrated right now, probably because Walz ran against Trump. So it's fair for him to be speaking about what he's been seeing in his hometown.
Funny how they aren't focusing on states like Texas which are right on the Mexican border. It is a vendetta against a blue state by petulant Trump.
But they're sending their victims straight to Texas, too fast for the injunctions to get through court. Because there's gold in them thar detention kkkamps! And because Texas judges are more likely to summarily deport without even reading the cases.
It’s interesting how quickly that changed from abbot claiming Texas bore too much of the costs, to now profit from human misery
walz also stepped out of the race for governership, which is probably the 2nd reason why they are there. they were hoping to shore up support for madal(who is currently or representing shooter of renee)
Ruohonen? That sounds like a Finnish name.
I don't know, but there's a lot of Scandinavian and other Nordic heritage families in Minnesota
well jeez i didnt know that
It only took me three seconds to type his name in search and read it in the first sentence of Wikipedia. Though one look at his face said "Midwesterner" to me, not to mention his sport is curling, I didn't want to jump to conclusions before I typed.
What point are you trying to make? Be direct.
