Aside from the main point of the article, how the fuck does it happen that someone votes since 1991 even though he's not eligible?
Does no one check that? Where I live, they have a list of people who can come to a vote in that specific region and unless you can present an official ID proving you're that person, you can't vote.
Every accusation is an admission with Republicans
This is the most concerning part of the story to me. What is going on in Kansas that nobody ever caught this guy?
Where I now live they check ID, but in the state over they didnt. You gave your name and address and if you were on the list you voted, if not then you weren't registered. Then they cross you off the list. Seemed to work well enough.
So was he voting under someone else's name+address?
More likely, he was incorrectly listed as eligible.
