As categorically shitty as our two main political parties are, I think she’s even less serious than they are. The only times she’s ever relevant, or pushes anything with any visibility, is around presidential election campaigns, when she simply serves as a spoiler candidate, and that’s it.
Don’t get me wrong - I appreciate and support ecologically-oriented policies and candidates. I just happen to think Stein is an absolutely awful - and again, unserious - standard bearer for that cause.
You simply ignore her whenever it's not time to use her as a convenient scapegoat. She's still very politically active and much more on the right side than grifters like AOC
