This isn't a single continuous policy escalated intermittently across both regimes.
Then I'll permit you to say “The Trump Administration” is a terrorist state or "The Biden Administration" is a terrorist state.
The US is a terrorist state makes more sense.

That is not in any way a counter to "Many of us are fighting against this regime" sorry. You won't be taking our work away from us. It's killing some of us.

Any "resistance" worth anything needs to begin from an understanding that this administration is unique only in it's honesty about what it is.
Good. Then make the distinction that the administration is guilty, not the people. We are literally dying in the streets fighting them and it's wrong of you to blame us.
