IRGC has claimed that they did not target Aramco oil refinery. They didn't deny hitting USAF base though, but have been suggesting other attacks in the region are from Israel, or that collateral damage in the region is result of ground based missile defenses that cause deflections and general debris.
Israel wanting to get Gulf states more involved against Iran is a wet dream, and like USS Liberty, side picking tends to be locked in, regardless of facts.
Even if Gulf states are timid in criticizing US/Israel, I doubt they will increase cooperation with Zionazis.
