This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.

See this GitHub page for a collection of sources about socialism, imperialism, and other relevant topics.

This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.

We have a Matrix homeserver and a Matrix space. See this thread for more information. If you believe the server may be down, check the status on status.elara.ws.

Well, my landleech decided to break off my rental agreement 7 fucking months early so his gf can move in and they can "have the place to themselves" and we share a kitchen which means I basically have no rights. Guess I'll just have to do what I can and hope I can find a place in this housing desert in 60 days or I'm fucked.

I don't even know what to say anymore man. You know what's hilarious? This fucker works at a homeless shelter even though he's part of the problem. What a joke. FUCK Ontario.

Did he pay a cancellation fee or something? You can't just stop honoring a contract midway through it like that, generally. I'm not licensed in Canada, this isn't legal advice, but I'd recommend you look into that.

If you share a kitchen and/or bathroom with the landlord then it's not covered under the RTA and you have barely any rights. All he owes me is "reasonable notice" and 60 days is more than enough according to my legal counsel. All I can do is ask for more time, and if he won't then get my counsel to call him and ask for more, or stand my ground and make him evict me through the proper channels to buy time if I can't find something.
