Wang said China will “never seek hegemony or expansion,” and that it wants to build “an equal and orderly multipolar world.”

Seems to me EU is more aligned with China than USA in this.
USA is a quickly failing world power, and the Iran war has just made it worse. After it was already bad from Trump undermining US economy, NATO, and relations with ALL their allies, except the fascist war criminals in Israel.

Do you take China's word at face value? What part of China's past behaviour supports their "equal and orderly, multipolar world?"

“Damn you imperialists! All unequal treaties are null and void!”

“Including Tibet?”

“Stay out of Chinese internal affairs!”

I am absolutely against how China behaves towards Taiwan, but China does not see Taiwan as an independent country, but an occupied part of China.
The activities in the China sea may be questionable, but they are locked in by USA supported countries, and they are trying to secure sea routes, not much different from the Belt and Road Initiative a multi trillion dollar investment.
So apart from that which is perfectly understandable from a Chinese perspective, I'm not sure what your point is?
Then compare that to American activities, with wars against multiple countries at a time across the Atlantic ocean! Kidnapping and assassinations of key people in countries they want to control. And threats and bullying even of their allies.

By comparison China is way way more sensible than USA, including on issues I disagree with them on.

The US position has always been indefensible. No arguments there, but the China's treatment of Taiwan, Tibet or international law like the ICC, South China sea vs. International law of the sea etc... The US and China's abuse of power are near mirror images. China only has a little catching up to do.

So apart from that which is perfectly understandable from a Chinese perspective.

I'm sorry, you have exceeded your daily allotment of hypocrisy. Please wait 24 hours for renewal.

I absolutely acknowledge that China is far from perfect. But the China involvement in Tibet was originally by request! And China never claimed to support ICC, while USA has always claimed to support international law, but is now actively sabotaging ICC. Yet another example where USA is way worse than China.
The hypocracy is to claim USA is better than China, while USA is committing war crimes and sabotaging countries that were supposed to be allies.

The hypocracy is to claim USA is better than China

Who is saying this?

Edit: Also China's imperial and colonial conquest of Tibet was by request? I need harder drugs. Can you spare some of what you are on?

Who is saying this.

It was the whole point of my post you responded to, and argued against.
