In the same speech Macron, the US bootlicker is ranting about evil Russia in Ukraine and 5 minutes later saying it's a good idea to have a deal with them to supply oil.
Hey we have this other problem now, can we put our little war on hold and be friends? We'll get right back to sanctioning your oil, pirating ships and arming ukraine in a minute, promisse!
