I genuine asking, i'm not from u.s. and never watched a single video from him in all my life, i only knew him from have the youtube channel with most suscribers and the clip on PUBG bridge.

How does self censorship help advertisers?
Self censorship makes a platform more attractive to an advertiser
I don't understand the mechanism. I could see a benefit for an advertiser if there was self censorship for criticising that advertiser, but what is the connection between that and self censorship for the word nazi? Or is it another mechanism?
Advertisers don't want to be viewed next to or adjacent to "problematic" content. Hence no swearing in the first 5 or so minutes in a YouTube video (right after add have played), self censoring words like cunt and suicide so algorithms don't deprioritise you (again, because platforms make money from ads, so they won't promote videos that aren't as friendly).
It's all in the service to appease advertisers, and they require platforms to roll out the red carpet wherever they tread.
The general atmosphere is "better" meaning the advertiser sees his "content" amongst more friendly surroundings
So there is less advertising in Australia and the UK than the US because they say the word cunt more?

Not sure why is he lunatic, but he definitely apologised for and acknowledged what he’s done multiple times
yea thats why he fled to JAPAN for like 5+years, and then he sorta of trying to come back through his vlogs, im guessing his family vlog channel wasnt enough so he pivoted to this in tech(looking for the next grift), he definitely misses that fame and money. yea he fled to japan avoid his consequences of being anti-semitic, if you fled to another country where the drama doesnt reach you, it means you dint learn your lesson.
its the same as the asian influencers i used to follow that fled to FACEBOOK to avoid controversy(mysogyny and MAGAT-Y) on reddit, where they can control the narrative better.
